BEN DAVIS
Founder and Principal
Ben grew up on a farm in small town Summerton, SC. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University in 1999. He started his career as a manufacturing engineer where he worked for 8 years. He then transitioned into technical sales and quickly realized that he had found his passion. After 14 years and counting, "It's not a job when it's so fun and gratifying. I get to see really cool processes and deal with intelligent and highly motivated people on a daily basis. It's like having fun and building career relationships all at the same time." When not working, Ben enjoys family time, socializing, boating, fishing, hunting and Clemson football.
MARTIN KEMP
Operations
Martin grew up in Retford, a small market town in the United Kingdom. He moved to South Carolina in 2009 after a 12-year career flying for the Royal Air Force. In the U.S, he has worked as a critical care paramedic, project manager, and, more recently, as a helicopter rescue specialist in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2020, Martin earned a B.S in Business Administration and now looks forward to helping CCP deliver exceptional service to its clients. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time relaxing at home or on the water with his wife Sarah, and yellow lab, Jake.
REED RILEY
Marketing Consultant
Reed grew up in the outskirts of Charleston, SC, and has always enjoyed spending her time doing water activities, from swimming to fishing. She earned a dual degree in Marketing and Management from Clemson University, and then went on to pursue her master's at the University of Georgia in their Marketing Research program. Her passions involve helping companies take advantage of data to drive their decision making.

Official Mascot and Chief Morale Officer
Finn is the personality of the company. When stress levels rise, she is always there, willing and happy to lend a helping paw. She enjoys the occasional costume and loves a good tasty treat...
DONAVAN HALPIN
Inside Technical Sales
Donavan grew up in the town that manufacturers Marines, Beaufort, SC. He moved to Summerville, SC in 2022 and he spends his free-time restoring muscle cars or hiking through national parks. Donavan has now has teamed up with Coastal Control Products to help bring the Low-Country quality service and expertise. When he's finished assisting clients and completes his work load, he likes to spend the rest of the day with his best friend, JoJo, his Miniature Schnauzer.
DEBI HILL
Shipping/Receiving/Accounting
I was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. Relocated to Rochester, NH where I enjoyed the winters skiing. I relocated to Summerville, SC 13 years ago and enjoy the lake life now. Fishing, boating, camping, and spending time with my best girl friend Karley my rescue pup.
